Home Supplier recognise that delivery of your product is a very important part of the ordering process. We have always taken pride in the excellence that our delivery partners and suppliers provide as part of our service to you.

We are delighted to offer free delivery to most UK areas, no matter how many items you have on your order. Some areas in the Scotland Highlands, IOW, etc, may have additional delivery costs.
Delivery charges are worked out and will show at the checkout once you enter your full address. If there are any additional delivery charges applied, this will be displayed separately at the checkout.
Please note: Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to postcodes within the Channel Islands, NI, or the Isle of Man. We can however deliver to a freight forwarding company if they are located on Mainland UK. All customs taxes and additional charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Most of our furniture items are sent out via Home Delivery Networks, so you will be familiar with the process. Full tracking information will be provided for your order.
Large orders are sent out via next day pallet services. This is a nationwide pallet delivery network that will handle large weight items with efficiency and care.
On some specialist items or 2 person delivery items, we will use special delivery arrangements. We will call you, or a representative from our delivery partners will call to arrange delivery. Items in this category normally include items such as marble or heavy glass items.
Once your order has been placed, the delivery method will be illustrated on your order confirmation email.

Most items are dispatched and delivered within a few days. The delivery times are stated next to each product, in the description area.
The tracking information will be sent by email once the items have been picked and ready for despatch.
On some specialist items or 2 person delivery items, we will call you or a representative from our delivery partners will call to arrange a delivery date.
