What if I don't like the product I ordered when it arrives?

We’re sure you will like it, but if not, you can return it to us within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Simply email us within 14 days of receiving your product(s) and we will assist you with your return. The item must be returned to us in the same condition as when it was sent.

Please note: You are responsible for the costs of returning items. If you choose for us to arrange for the item(s) to be collected and/or shipped, the return shipping charge can vary and determined by our transport service. We will only pass on the delivery costs incurred and no extra charges. This cost will be deducted directly from your refund.

Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Items which are personalised or customised to your specifications
  • Homesupplier gift certificates
Can I cancel an order if I change my mind?

If you have a change of heart, you can cancel at any time before your item is dispatched/collected by our delivery partners. Simply contact us and we’ll cancel your order and give you a full refund.

Cancellations made after the dispatch of your item(s) will need to be made by contacting us. Once you have notified us of your unwanted item, you can arrange a courier to return the item to us. Alternatively we will arrange for collection of the item by our courier, who will advise you of a proposed collection date shortly after. You will receive a full refund (less return or collection costs) once the product has been returned to us.

How long will my refund take?

For security reasons we can only make refunds to the original payment method you used to place your order. We will issue a refund within 7 days after we have received the unwanted item back.

Can I change my existing order?

Once you’ve placed an order, you may not be able to make changes to what you have ordered. If however the order hasn’t been processed by one of our team, we will do our best to change. Contact us immediately if you need to change the order.

What if the item is damaged when it arrives?

Our quality team check your items to make sure it’s up to our usual high standards before we dispatch it to you. It is very important that you inspect your order upon delivery, as we’ll ask you to sign a form confirming that it appeared to be in good condition when you received it. If a product is damaged upon delivery, you will need to refuse to accept the order and sign as damaged. Once you have refused the delivery, contact us as soon as possible and a new order will be sent out immediately. 

If you only realise after the delivery has been made that parts have been damaged, just contact us within 7 days of delivery, ideally sending us some photos of the damage or other issues with the product. Our team will process your complaint and offer spare parts, no questions asked.
